Basic Conditions of Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide proof of purchase.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Upon return and inspection, we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the return, and will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping label is available for download and print, free of charge.
There is no restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and store credits
- Used, assembled, or modified products
- Products without their original packaging
- Special/custom orders
- Orders received more than 30 days prior
Returns for Damaged/Defective Merchandise
For products with manufacturer defects or shipping damage, we offer a full refund or free replacement, and we cover shipping costs both ways.
Please provide photographic evidence when contacting us.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service at support@frandydecor.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).
- We will provide a return shipping label (for defects or damage) or a return address (for non-quality returns).
- Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days.
- Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. Bank processing times may apply.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of confirmation for a full refund. No cancellations are accepted after the 3-hour window.
